Policies

Please note the six important policies to ensure that you’re prepared to enjoy your appointment. I can’t wait to see you.

  • Booking fees are due upon booking your appointment and are nonrefundable.

  • B’LL accepts credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A $3.00 convenience fee is added to all card transactions. B’LL does not accept CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo.

    REFUNDS: All sales are finale with the purchase of retail & merchandise.

  • If you are ten minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your remaining balance.

    After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. You will loose your booking fee and will have to book a new appointment.

  • Any cancellations will result in 100% of the remaining balance due the same day of cancellation before booking again.

    Pre-Book Cancellations (We book your next appointment at the end of your service.) Canceling upcoming pre booked appointments will result in you paying a $35 fee same day of cancellation. We can charge your card on file or we can send you an invoice.

  • It is best to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance so that someone else may have the opportunity to be serviced as well.

    Rescheduling one day before scheduled appointment will result in a $25 last minute fee added to your balance.

    Same day rescheduling will result in your appointment being cancelled. You will have to rebook online.

    Your remaining balance of that scheduled session is due that day. We are able to charge your card on file or send you an invoice. Your remaining balance must be paid before scheduling a new session

    Be mindful of the week your rebooking for. If its your 2 week fill and you need to book for the following week. Schedule a 3 week fill. Anything outside of a 3 week fill is a full set.

  • Please no extra guests unless given permission prior to appointment. Extra guests will have to wait in the lobby.
